I visited here on Wednesday, International Pallas’s Cat Day, and I got unlucky: it was raining all morning, and even after the sun came out in the afternoon the enclosure was still very soggy. Jihl and Qolli-Olli didn’t emerge from their private huts all day.
Maybe it was for the best they stayed indoors because there were a lot of schoolchildren around being very noisy and boisterous, so I don’t blame Jihl and Qolli-Olli for avoiding the commotion!
I hope they had a relaxing day indoors, listening to the rain 
I’ll see them one of these days!

Aww that’s too bad (but corresponds with most of my manul luck… why must always rain??? 
). I hope you get to meet them one day soon!!

Oh yes, it might happen that manuls stay inside especially on a rainy day.
We visited Tierpark Berlin recently and we didn’t see Maneki - she just stayed inside the whole day
